SUBDIVISION

In NSW, land can be subdivided in a number of ways:

  • Conventional subdivision into two or more parcels of land
  • Strata subdivision
  • Community Title subdivision
  • Stratum subdivision

Dual occupancy subdivision Cadastral plans can also be required for:

  • Consolidation of land
  • Redefinition of land
  • Lease plans
  • Conversion of Old System land to Torrens Title (Real Property Application)
  • Plans to close existing roads or create new roads
