• Preparation and submission of Development Applications to Council.
• Dealing with Service Authorities.
• Co-ordinating other consultants for the preparation and approval of design plans.
• Calling of tenders for construction works.
• Contract administration.
• Processing of claims.
• Obtaining final Certificates from Service Authorities and Certifiers.
• Submission of final plans to Council for the issue of a Subdivision Certificate.
